Customer Intimacy

Customer intimacy means delivering products and / or services combined with excellent customer service and valuable advice about the right choice or optimal use.

A good example of customer intimacy is Lever Industrial (Unilever). Lever Industrial sells 'expensive' soap, but the costs of hygiene are lower thanks to excellent advice: total cost instead of price per kilo.

- Knowledge of and insight in clients and own products: foundation of cooperation
- Helpful and inventive in advice to clients
